Pick your first service by answering two questions: how quickly does your customer decide, and who actually approves the job? A burst pipe in a Leslieville semi is decided in minutes by the homeowner. A balcony-door repair programme in a 300-suite tower is decided over weeks by a property manager and a board. Those two jobs need different marketing, and buying the wrong one first is the most expensive mistake we see.
-
Local SEO and Google Business Profile
Rank in the map pack for the Toronto neighbourhoods you can actually reach, not the whole 416.
-
Google Ads and Local Services Ads
Buy Toronto clicks with a ceiling worked out from your job value, so expensive searches still pay.
-
Condo and high-rise service marketing
Reach the suite owners, superintendents and property managers who decide service work in towers.
-
Commercial and property-manager marketing
Turn one-off commercial calls into recurring service agreements with managers and business owners.
-
Websites built for Toronto conversion
A fast site with neighbourhood proof and one obvious next step: call, text or email.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile
Start here if most of your work comes from people searching on their phones for a service near them. Local SEO gets your Google Business Profile, service pages and reviews working for the specific neighbourhoods you can reach in a reasonable drive.
In Toronto this matters more than in smaller cities because the map results change block by block. A profile that ranks well near your yard in Scarborough may be invisible in Etobicoke. We choose a realistic service radius first, then build pages and review habits that reinforce it.
Good fit: emergency and repeat trades, such as plumbing, drain, electrical, locksmith, appliance repair, pest control and cleaning.
Google Ads and Local Services Ads
Choose this when you need calls this month, or when you have strong margins and want to buy more of the work you already do well. Paid search puts you at the top of results for chosen searches in chosen postal areas.
The Toronto risk is cost. Competition pushes prices up, so every account we run starts with a written break-even cost per lead. Neighbourhoods and keywords that exceed it get paused, however busy they make the phone.
Good fit: businesses with a clear average job value and someone who answers the phone quickly.
Condo and high-rise service marketing
Choose this if you already do suite work, or want to, and are tired of being treated as a stranger at the concierge desk. Condo marketing targets the two audiences that matter in towers: suite owners searching for help, and the managers and boards who control access and approve vendors.
With 46.7% of Toronto's occupied dwellings in buildings of five or more storeys in the 2021 Census, this is not a side market. It is the larger half of the city's homes.
Good fit: plumbers, electricians, HVAC, flooring, painters, window and door, cleaning, and renovation firms that can work within building rules.
Commercial and property-manager marketing
Choose this when you want steadier revenue from service agreements rather than one-off calls. Commercial marketing is closer to business-to-business sales: a short list of target accounts, a credible capabilities page, and patient follow-up.
It suits companies that can handle insurance requirements, scheduled maintenance and invoicing on terms. If you can't yet, we will tell you, because winning a contract you can't service damages your reputation faster than any bad review.
Good fit: firms serving retail strips, offices, restaurants, rental buildings and the managers behind them.
Websites built for Toronto conversion
Fix the website first if traffic arrives but calls don't. A conversion-focused website loads fast on a phone, shows proof from the neighbourhoods you serve, and makes one action obvious.
Every other service sends people to this page, so a weak site quietly raises the cost of all of them. If your site takes several seconds to load on mobile data or hides the phone number, no SEO or ad budget will fully compensate.
A simple way to choose
| Your situation | Start with | Add next |
|---|---|---|
| Phone is quiet, cash is tight | Local SEO | Website fixes |
| Need calls within weeks | Google Ads | Local SEO |
| Doing some tower work already | Condo marketing | Local SEO |
| Want recurring contracts | Commercial | Website capabilities page |
| Traffic but few calls | Website | Paid search |
Prices for each plan are on the pricing page, and the FAQ covers contracts and account ownership. If you'd rather talk it through, call, text or email and describe your last month of work; we'll tell you which row you are in.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy all five services?
No. Most clients start with one or two, usually local SEO plus either paid search or a website fix. Adding everything at once makes it impossible to tell what is working.
Which service brings calls fastest?
Paid search, because ads can run within days of approval. Local SEO and website work take longer to show up in calls but tend to lower your cost per lead over time.
Can you work alongside our existing agency or in-house person?
Yes. We often take one piece, such as condo outreach or the ad account, while someone else keeps the rest. We just need clear ownership of each account so results are not double-counted.
Do you do the trade work if a lead comes in?
No. We are a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor. Every lead goes straight to you, and your team quotes and completes the job.
