Toronto.Marketing does two things for service businesses in the City of Toronto: digital marketing, and the business consulting that decides where that marketing should point. We help plumbers, electricians, renovators, cleaners, HVAC companies and other service firms decide where to compete in a crowded market, then do the work to win there. We don't install, repair, clean or service anything ourselves; we make sure the right customers find the businesses that do.
The company behind the site
This site belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies: a Canadian group, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, serving clients across Canada.
- Sedighi.ca is the consulting company through which Ali Sedighi works on growth, marketing and technology. HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca are among its brands.
- SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone, is the group's Canadian firm for strategy, AI and revenue-acceleration consulting. Ali founded it and serves as Founder & Managing Partner, and Sedighi.ca provides its strategic leadership.
This site belongs to the Trades.Agency family, which is the group's home for trades marketing. Plans and prices follow Trades.Agency's published pricing, explained on our pricing page.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads Toronto.Marketing. His MBA is in Technology Management, and his digital marketing career runs more than 17 years, back to 2007. That year he started ONE.ir, an agency offering the full range of digital marketing services. Today he is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he lives and works.
Since then he has:
- founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca
- founded SAZ.ca, where he is Founder & Managing Partner
- built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, Roma Heating & Cooling, HeatLand and CanroHeat.ca
- worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai
The heating portfolio matters for Toronto owners in other trades for a simple reason. Heating is a demanding test for local marketing: urgent winter demand, high job values and plenty of rivals bidding for the same searches. The methods that worked there, narrow targeting, honest tracking and pages written for real buyers, are the methods we apply here. Our results page separates what transfers from what doesn't.
How we work
- Numbers before tactics. We start with your job value, margin and close rate, because those decide what you can afford to pay for a lead in Toronto. Without them, every recommendation is a guess.
- Small, winnable areas first. We would rather you lead in eight neighbourhoods than sit on page three across 158. See how we think about Toronto's districts.
- Your accounts, your data. Website, domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and analytics stay in your name. If you leave, everything stays with you.
- Plain reporting. Calls, texts, emails and booked jobs where you share them, explained in sentences rather than dashboards full of vanity charts.
- Month-to-month. Trades.Agency plans run month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel, with discounts for annual commitments. We keep clients by being useful.
What we won't do
- Promise rankings, lead counts or results. Nobody controls Google, and anyone claiming otherwise is guessing or misleading you.
- Publish fake reviews, invented client stories or borrowed photos.
- Build hundreds of copy-paste neighbourhood pages. They are doorway content and they rarely work.
- Advise on licensing, safety codes or compliance. For that, go to the regulator: TSSA, ESA, WSIB or Skilled Trades Ontario.
- Sell your leads to a competitor. Every enquiry we generate belongs to your business.
Why a Vancouver-headquartered team for Toronto
It's a fair question. The answer is that local marketing is now done mostly in search platforms, ad accounts and websites, and we check every decision against what Toronto searchers actually see in the neighbourhoods you serve. Being in a different time zone also has a practical side: our hours, Monday to Friday 9 to 6 Pacific, run from noon to 9 p.m. Eastern, which suits owners who are on job sites all morning.
If you run a heating and cooling company specifically, our sister site TorontoHVACMarketing.ca goes deeper on that trade. For everyone else, start on the services hub or call, text or email and tell us about your business.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns Toronto.Marketing?
The brand belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, which is Canadian and based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Within the group it sits in the Trades.Agency family, and Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads it.
Is there a Toronto office I can visit?
No. We are a service-area business run from Vancouver, and we don't list a Toronto street address. You reach us by call, text or email, and the work happens in your accounts, your website and your search results.
Will I deal with Ali directly?
First conversations are with a senior strategist, and Ali leads the strategy behind the work. You won't be handed to a junior sales rep to be pitched.
Do you install or repair anything?
No. We are not a contractor. We plan and run marketing and advise owners on growth; your business does the trade work.
