Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, read honestly for Toronto trades

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC work, where the group's portfolio began. We show what each one proves, and what a Toronto plumber, electrician or service firm can actually take from it.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Every number on this page is a result from our HVAC work. Heating and cooling is where Ali Sedighi built more than 150 live websites, and it's where our published case studies come from. We don't relabel these as plumbing, electrical or cleaning results. Instead, for each one, we explain what it proves and what a Toronto service business can reasonably take from it.

What transfers to a Toronto trade

Specialising beats shouting

CombiBoiler.ca focused on one product category and covered it thoroughly, earning more than 500 first-page positions for combi-boiler searches. In Toronto, the equivalent is choosing a specialty that crowded generalists ignore. Condo suite plumbing, commercial kitchen electrical, or rental-building turnovers are all examples of narrower lanes where depth can beat budget. Our condo and high-rise and commercial services are built on that idea.

SEO is slow, then it isn't

Organic visits to Roma Heating & Cooling climbed 400% across 12 months. The lesson is the timescale. Toronto owners who quit SEO after three months usually quit just before it starts paying. Plan for a year, and judge progress quarterly. Our local SEO service sets out what happens in each phase.

Content works when it answers real questions

Over 6 months, leads at HeatLand rose 300%, with more than 850 SEO articles behind them. That's not a reason for every trade to publish hundreds of posts. It shows that pages answering real customer questions bring in people ready to call. A Toronto renovator might need twenty excellent pages, not eight hundred.

Measure against revenue

HVACDeal.ca is reported as 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. That ratio only exists because leads were tied back to revenue. Plenty of owners can name their monthly ad spend but not their cost per booked job. Fixing that is often the first win, before any budget changes. The ad budget guide explains how.

What doesn't transfer automatically

Be sceptical of anyone who copies one sector's results onto another. A few honest differences:

  • Seasonality. Heating demand peaks in winter. A landscaper, painter or roofer has a different calendar, and the marketing must follow it.
  • Job value. Some heating jobs are high-ticket. A cleaner or handyman with a lower average ticket needs repeat business or service agreements to make paid search work in Toronto.
  • Competition. The number of rivals in your trade and part of the city changes everything. Ten neighbourhoods in Scarborough are a different fight from ten in the downtown core.
  • Capacity. Leads only become revenue if someone answers. Hiring constraints are real; our sister site Toronto.Works covers recruiting for Toronto trades.

Questions to ask about any agency's case studies

Whether you hire us or someone else, these questions separate real proof from decoration:

  1. Can I see the live site? Every client on this page is linked so you can look for yourself.
  2. Is the result from my trade? If not, ask the agency to explain what transfers and what doesn't, as we've tried to do above.
  3. What was measured? Traffic, leads and ROI are different things. A traffic gain with no lead tracking proves less than it seems.
  4. Over what period? A result over 6 or 12 months tells you how long to wait for your own.

How we'll report your results

You'll get a monthly report in plain language showing calls, texts and emails by channel, cost per lead against your break-even ceiling, and booked jobs where you share them. Rankings appear only as a supporting signal, sampled across your actual service area.

To discuss how these lessons apply to your trade, see our services or call, text or email.

Frequently asked questions

Are these results from Toronto businesses?

We don't present them as Toronto results. They are results from our HVAC work, and each links to the client's live site so you can judge it yourself.

Do you have results for plumbing, cleaning or renovation?

Not as published case studies on this site. We won't relabel heating results as another trade's. What we can show is the method and the measurement, which apply to any local service business.

Will my business get similar numbers?

Nobody can honestly promise that. Results depend on your trade, competition, service area, budget, reviews and how fast your team answers. We'll show you the assumptions behind any forecast.

Where can I see the full case studies?

The complete list is published on HVAC.Agency's case studies page, which belongs to our group.
