Phone or text (604) 632-4959 for the fastest answer, or write to Ali@Sedighi.ca. We keep Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific hours, which on a Toronto clock means noon until 9 p.m. Eastern. We usually reply within one business day. Whoever answers is a senior strategist; there is no switchboard in between.

Three ways to reach us
Call (604) 632-4959. Choose this if you want to talk it through. If we're on another call, leave a short voicemail with your name, trade and a good time to call back.
Text (604) 632-4959. Handy if you're on a job site. A two-line text is fine: your trade, your part of Toronto, and what's bothering you about your marketing. We'll reply and arrange a time to talk.
Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Useful if you want to send links, numbers or screenshots. Use the checklist below and we can give you a much more useful first answer.
The buttons on this page, and the contact bar at the bottom of your phone screen, connect you directly. A person reads every message, and nothing is routed through a sales script.
What to include in your message
You don't need all of this to get started, but the more you share, the more specific our first reply can be:
- Your trade and main services, such as drain and plumbing repair, or condo renovations.
- Where you're based and where you work, such as "based in East York, working in Leaside, Thorncliffe Park and Danforth East York", or "anywhere in Scarborough plus Pickering". Our areas page can help you describe your territory.
- Your website address and your Google Business Profile name.
- Your rough numbers: average job value, how many leads you get a month, and roughly how many become jobs.
- What you're spending now, on ads, agencies or directories.
- What's going wrong, in your own words: not enough calls, wrong calls, a competitor everywhere, an agency you want to leave.
- Any niche you want to grow, such as condo suites, property managers or commercial accounts.
If you want to keep it short, items 1, 2 and 7 are enough for a first conversation.
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one business day, to arrange a call at a time that suits you. Toronto owners often prefer late afternoon or early evening Eastern, which falls inside our hours.
- The first conversation, up to 30 minutes and free for eligible trades businesses. We ask about your work, your numbers and your goals, and we look at your website, profile and search results for your area.
- A straight assessment. We tell you what we'd do first, what it would cost under the Trades.Agency plans, and what we'd expect it to change. If we're not a good fit, we'll say so and suggest what to do instead.
- If you go ahead, we agree your service area, your break-even cost per lead and your reporting in writing, then start. There's no lock-in: the plan rolls monthly, and leaving takes 30 days' notice.
Before you get in touch
A few things worth knowing:
- We're not a contractor. If you need a plumber or electrician for your own home, we can't send one. We market businesses that do that work.
- We don't sell leads. Every enquiry your marketing produces belongs to your business only.
- We don't advise on compliance. For licensing and safety questions, contact the relevant regulator, such as TSSA, ESA or WSIB.
- Your accounts stay yours. Anything we set up is in your business's name.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the phone number a 604 area code?
Because the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group is headquartered in Vancouver, BC. The number works the same from Toronto, and texts are welcome if you're on a job site.
What hours can I reach you in Toronto time?
We work Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, and Toronto is three hours ahead, so that's 12 noon to 9 p.m. your time. Anything sent later waits for the next business day.
Will I get a sales pitch?
You'll get questions about your business and a straight assessment. If we don't think we can help at a cost that makes sense for you, we'll say so.
Is the first conversation free?
For eligible trades businesses, yes: the opening half-hour costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Can I just send my website for a quick opinion?
Yes. Email the address with a sentence about your trade and the neighbourhoods you serve, and we'll reply with the most important things we see.
