The three plans
| Plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The essential digital marketing an established trade needs |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | Marketing across more channels at once, and half price on Trades.Agency website design packages |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own dedicated marketing team and priority support, with a website design and build of any package included free |
Nothing here needs a long contract. Plans renew monthly, stop on 30 days' notice, and drop to the lower column if you commit for a year. Eligible trades businesses also get the opening half-hour consultation free, kept apart from any plan.

What drives the cost in Toronto
The plan fee is only part of what you'll spend. Four things decide your total marketing cost here:
- How many fights you pick. One service in a cluster of neighbourhoods costs far less to win than five services across the whole city. Our areas page shows how different the six districts are.
- Ad spend. Toronto search competition pushes click prices up in many trades. Your ad budget should be set from your break-even cost per lead, not from what feels comfortable.
- Website condition. If your site is slow or unclear, every channel costs more, because fewer visitors call. Fixing it first is often the cheapest improvement. See websites built for conversion.
- Niche work. Condo and commercial marketing involve outreach, vendor packages and longer follow-up, which takes more hours than straightforward residential search.
Worked example: what a plan has to earn
Here is how to check whether a plan can pay for itself. Substitute your own figures.
- Plan: Growth on annual billing, $1,499 per month, plus 13% HST = $1,693.87
- Average job value: $900
- Gross margin: 40%, so $360 per job
- Jobs needed just to cover the plan fee: $1,693.87 ÷ $360 = about 4.7 jobs per month
So before ad spend, the marketing needs to add roughly five extra jobs a month to break even on the fee. If your average job is $3,000 at the same margin, it needs about 1.3. That's why higher-ticket and recurring-revenue trades often move to Elite sooner, while lower-ticket trades should start on Growth and focus on local SEO before heavy ad spend.
Our ad budget guide extends this to include ad spend and close rates.
How to choose a plan
- Growth suits an established business with one or two main services and a clear service area, starting with local SEO, a Google Business Profile overhaul and focused ads.
- Elite suits firms running several channels at once, or adding condo or commercial work alongside residential, and those who need a new website, since website packages are half price on this plan.
- Enterprise suits multi-crew companies that want a dedicated team and priority support, especially if a full website build is also needed.
If you aren't sure, start smaller. Moving up a plan is easier than unwinding work you didn't need.
What isn't included
- Advertising spend on Google, Meta or other platforms
- Third-party software such as call-tracking or CRM subscriptions, which may carry their own fees; we'll say so up front if a recommendation involves one
- Any trade work. We are a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor
Questions about terms or ownership are answered on the FAQ page. To talk through which plan fits, call, text or email.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan rolls monthly and stops on 30 days' notice. Choosing annual billing is optional; it simply buys a cheaper monthly rate.
Does the plan price include my Google Ads budget?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or other platforms from an account in your name. The plan fee covers strategy, management, content and reporting.
Do I pay HST?
Yes. For an Ontario business, 13% HST is added to the listed price, and every figure is in Canadian dollars.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, for eligible trades businesses. That first half-hour sits outside any paid plan, and you're under no pressure to buy anything after it.
Are websites included?
Elite includes 50% off Trades.Agency website design packages, and Enterprise includes a free website design and build of any package. On Growth, website work is quoted separately.
